Apple Cinnamon Lion's Mane Porridge

This winner combo is even better when enhanced with Lion's Mane mushroom. High quality fuel for your mind and body 🦁🍄


½ cup apple puree
1 cup oats
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 ¼ cup milk of choice
1 ½ – 2 teaspoons Life Cykel's Lion's Mane Mushroom Powder with Kakadu Plum
2ml Life Cykel's Lion's Mane Liquid extract
Liquid sweetener to taste such as honey or maple syrup (optional) 
Handful of dried fruits/nuts/seeds to garnish



1. Combine all ingredients in a saucepan and mix well.
2. Cook on low to medium on the stove top for 10-15 minutes or until oats are creamy and soft.
3. If desired, top with additional sweetener, fruit or nuts

To make apple puree at home, using 1 large chopped apple: boil until tender, strain and blend until smooth.
