Super Zingy, Tummy Loving Smoothie Bowl
An easy way to pack in heaps of vitamins and minerals is with a delicious smoothie bowl. The options are endless when it comes to smoothie bowls, you can customise them to your particular taste buds and add heaps of yummy toppings!
Eat Your Greens Smoothie bowls includes your home grown zesty microgreens and our gut pleasing Turkey Tail Liquid Extract!
- 1 large frozen banana
- 1/2 ripe mango (fresh or frozen)
- 2 kiwis
- Large handful of spinach
- Handful of microgreens
- Splash of milk (Coconut milk works well) or Coconut water
- 1 serving of Life Cykel Turkey Tail Liquid Extract
- 1 tsp of honey or maple syrup (optional)
The Toppings (optional)
- Fresh sliced Strawberries
- Fresh Blueberries
- Fresh Apple Slices
- Fresh Sliced Kiwi
- Crushed nuts (Almonds, Walnuts, Hazlenuts, Cashews etc)
- Seeds (Chia, Sunflower, Poppy, Seasame, Pepitas etc)
- Granola or Museli
- Shredded Coconut
- Almond/Peanut butter
- More fresh fruit (Banana, Mango, Raspberry)
- Get creative!
- Add all of "The Bowl" ingredients to a blender
- Blend on high until smooth (add more milk or water until desired consistency is reached)
- Pour into your bowl
- Add toppings
