The main differences lie in the formulation and usage of the products:

• Usage: Liquid extracts are highly bioavailable, meaning they are easily absorbed by the body, and can be added to your drinks. They do contain a small amount of alcohol, while the gummies are alcohol-free. Some people prefer the taste of the gummies, especially if they find the taste of the liquid extracts strong or unappealing.
• Formulation: The gummies combine mushrooms with other powerful ingredients like turkey tail with curcumin, and shiitake with collagen. These herbs have a strong taste when taken alone in liquid form, but in the gummy form, they’re more palatable, making it easier to enjoy the benefits of both the mushrooms and the herbs.
• Additional Ingredients: Our liquid extracts contain Kakadu Plum, a native Australian fruit rich in vitamin C.

If you prefer a mushroom-specific supplement and are okay with a small amount of alcohol, the liquid extracts are for you. If you prefer an alcohol-free option with a blend of mushrooms and herbs, the gummies would be a great choice!

All of our gummies are vegan and vegetarian-friendly, with the exception of the Shiitake & Collagen variant, as collagen is derived from fish.

The sweetness in our gummy bears comes from maltitol and sorbitol. It's important to note that our gummies are exceptionally low in sugar, containing less than 1g per serving.
