Processing Time

Orders are shipped within 1 - 3 business days of receipt from our warehouse. Shipping quotes begin when the package leaves the warehouse.

Domestic shipments

All domestic shipments within the contiguous U.S. will be shipped via FedEx One Rate.

All domestic shipments to Alaska and Hawaii will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail at Flat Rate (maximum 1 Biohacker box per shipment)

These charges are inclusive of our handling charge.

International shipments

All orders to Canada will be shipped via USPS Flat Rate (maximum 2 Biohacker boxes per shipment). Please be aware of long transit times to Canadian addresses; estimated delivery times to Canada is currently 4 weeks.  Please also be aware deliveries to Canada are subject to Customs fees payable on delivery.

Any Customs duties and taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking with your local Customs office for any applicable duties or taxes that may be required for your shipment. Orders held or delayed by Customs are beyond our control.

Orders not meeting requirements

All domestic orders that do not meet the criteria for One Rate or Flat Rate shipping will be charged an extra $3.

All orders to Europe that do not meet the criteria for Flat Rate shipping will be charged an extra $5

Undelivered Items

For undelivered items that are returned to us due to reasons outside of our control (eg address changes, inability to receive the order and other causes), we will refund the full value of the order minus the shipping costs. In some cases we also need to charge a re-shipping fee. These charges will be determined by location and weight of the order. Shipping Protection

Shipping Protection is an optional shipping insurance add-on at checkout that covers packages that are damaged, stolen or lost during transit. It does not cover change of mind or instances where the incorrect address has been provided at checkout. Shipping Protection is a non-refundable item, except where the order has not been shipped yet.
