We offer FREE shipping within the USA for all orders over $100.00, and FREE shipping to Canada for all orders over $200.00.
All other shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order's weight and delivery location.
Orders are shipped within 1 - 3 business days of receipt from our warehouse. Shipping quotes begin when the package leaves the warehouse.
PO Boxes: *Please note we do not ship to PO Boxes.
Domestic shipments
All domestic shipments within the contiguous U.S. will be shipped via FedEx One Rate.
All domestic shipments to Alaska and Hawaii will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail at Flat Rate (maximum 1 Biohacker box per shipment)
These charges are inclusive of our handling charge.
International shipments
Canada: All orders to Canada will be shipped via USPS Flat Rate (maximum two Biohacker boxes per shipment). Please note that transit times to Canadian addresses can be long, with estimated delivery currently at four weeks. Additionally, deliveries to Canada are subject to Customs fees payable upon delivery.
Germany: All orders to Germany have an estimated transit time of 7–10 business days, with duties and taxes included in the shipping cost.
Other International Destinations: Any Customs duties and taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking with your local Customs office to determine any applicable charges for your shipment. Please note that orders held or delayed by Customs are beyond our control.
Orders not meeting requirements
Undelivered Items
For undelivered items that are returned to us due to reasons outside of our control (eg address changes, inability to receive the order and other causes), we will refund the full value of the order minus the shipping costs. In some cases we also need to charge a re-shipping fee. These charges will be determined by location and weight of the order. You must contact us within 30 days from the shipping date to report a missing or damaged parcel. Courier investigations cannot extend beyond this timeframe, so we are unable to offer a refund or reshipment if contacted after this period.
Shipping Protection
Shipping Protection is an optional shipping insurance add-on at checkout that covers packages that are damaged, stolen or lost during transit. It does not cover change of mind or instances where the incorrect address has been provided at checkout. Shipping Protection is a non-refundable item, except where the order has not been shipped yet.
