      It's been a game changer

      For years I've tried so many things to help me relax enough to fall asleep easily. Starting the first time I took this it helped. I used to have to take 80mg of melatonin and I still couldn't fall asleep before 1 or 2 am. I take this at 10:30 and by 11:30 I can fall asleep without my brain looping around lots of useless thoughts. I actually feel rested when I wake up. I can't express what a relief this has been

      I just love this product

      I wasn't expecting such good results. I've tried other things that promise to help you relax and go to sleep. This stuff delivers!!!!! Even the first night. I usually have a horrible time switching off my ridiculous brain and getting to sleep before 1 or 2. I take this at 10 or 10:30. I'm relaxed and ready to nod off in about an hour to an hour and a half at most. I wake up refreshed which is something that hasn't happened in years. I will continue taking this as long as I can.       It really helped

      It helped me starting the first night. I hadn't expected that and what a nice surprise. I usually wake up multiple times a night but it was only a couple times and not for very long.
