    Long over due

    I work long hours .. 6 days a week and have been using Lionsmane for quite a while. I was skeptical to try the pouch because I take so many supplements even melatonin to sleep daily . And not have been able to sleep well. I have tried to separate nights of the sachet and felt like I had left for more than 4-5 hours. Yes. Pretty much the sleep I get these days . So, I am a believer. Thank for the product . Will be buying it in the future as part of my daily routine or at least on days I need that extra Zzz.
