I'm 39 yrs old and a little over 200lbs. I use a 1ml eye dropper from lions mane extract to dose out my NAD and mix 5 droppers with my early bird drink mix in the mornings. It's helped my energy levels big time. I take multiple mental health medications for bi polar depression and anxiety, so yea those tend to make me and most people drowsy and tired 😩😴 and I need to work a physically demanding job too. I have started to rely on this stuff for sure along with my daily vitamin and supplements

Hitting 50 this year I’ve found that my energy has begun to wane and I feel tired and things are not so clear in my head some days.
