Tyrkey tail is amazing. I am going to be open here. I used to eat spicy food and then struggle after a few years now. Turkey tail has changed it, I don't know how that works but it really has changed it. I do not feel bloated, No gas, No cramps, I can eat anything and have not many gut issues. I used to take yakult/metamucil etc and thats now stopped with just taking 2ml of Turkey tail. As fas as Lions mane goes, I don't know if I feel that much of a difference in sleep, as I sleep really well usually in the nights so not much difference there. I have been a proper sleeper since childhood. However I have found a little bit of an improvement in my mood and perspective. I'm more open minded, keen to talk to many more people and don't think too much as I used to overthink alot. I used to not think before I did a lot of things but now my mind is calmer and I do not get angry and I can handle myself better. The only other thing that helped me handle emotions better was Jiu Jitsu but Lions mane has changed the game for me.
