Tropical Pineapple & Lime Mocktail

Feel the tropical vibrations from this Pineapple & Lime Mocktail with our Shiitake Double Liquid Extract with Kakadu Plum.

(Serves 2)

Ingredients:

1 cups soda water
1 cup pineapple juice
Juice of 1 lime
4 ml Life Cykel Shiitake Liquid Extract
1 tbsp elderberry or mandarin cordial

Garnish:
Granulated sugar
Sliced kiwi
Sliced lime
Dried lime
Passionfruit pulp
Crushed ice (optional)
Edible flowers (optional)

Method:

Mix all the ingredients together until well combined.
Dip a dampened glass rim into the sugar, place the passionfruit pulp and ice in the bottom of the glass, then add kiwi slices to the side.
Pour mocktail mix over the top, garnish with some edible flowers and lime slices, and enjoy!
