    Awesome

    Started taking it as soon as I received and I sure can tell the difference…in my sleep my energy…nothing yet in the hair and nails yet .. I recommend it to someone and they looked at me like I was crazy. And my husband won’t try it either. They are missing out. Will be buying again. Thank you
