Directions: Add your liquid double extracts directly to your coffee, smoothie, tea or water.

Serving Size: 2 ml - 1/2 a dropper full is approximately 1ml, you can use this as a guide for the recommended serving size.

    Hi

    Been using reishi and lions Maine for about a year now I had sleep and stress issues for a while but now I sleep better and don’t get so stressed since I’ve been using mushroom extract would recommend to anyone

    Great to unwind

    I usually have issues sleeping so I thought I'd try Reishi. I think it has helped relaxing the mind / body. Sleeping has been better with vivid dreams which is interesting. I've also noticed I'm falling asleep faster.
