    My brain functions better with Lion’s Main Mushroom extract

    My journey so far with lions mane

    I have been taking lions main for several weeks now .. i have now established how best it works for me.. I have a busy day and do a lot of creative stuff .. but I get very low several times a week !! However after several years of trying to control those low bouts with gratitude and positive thinking .meditation .. ..
