This sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is sponsored and administered by Lifecykel Labs LLC having its principal place of business at 970 Frontage Rd Peshtigo WI 54157 (the “Sponsor”)
Fiji Airways is an official prize supplier for this Sweepstakes, providing the flight prize described in Clause 4 subject to its own Conditions of the Award (Clause 4.7).
This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with the NFL, NFL Enterprises LLC, the Melbourne Cricket Ground (MCG), Melbourne Cricket Club, Ticketmaster, or Ovolo Hotels.
2. Eligibility
2.1 This Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry, EXCLUDING legal residents of Florida, New York, and Rhode Island, and excluding employees (and their immediate family members or household members) of the Sponsor, its parent and affiliated companies, and any agencies or third parties directly involved in the administration of this Sweepstakes. VOID IN FLORIDA, NEW YORK, AND RHODE ISLAND, AND WHEREVER ELSE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW.
2.2 Only one entry per person is permitted via each method in Clause 3.2. The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify entries it reasonably believes to be fraudulent, duplicated, or made by automated means.
3.1 Entry is via https://us.lifecykel.com/pages/the-ultimate-giveaway during the entry period from Monday, August 3, 2026 at 12:00:00am EST Sunday, August 30, 2026 11:59:59pm EST. No purchase or payment is necessary to enter or win.
3.2 Entrants may earn entries into the Sweepstakes as follows, during the Entry Period:
(a) Sign up (free) — 1 entry. Complete the entry form providing first name and a valid email address. Entrants may optionally provide a mobile number and opt in to receive marketing text messages (see Clause 10). Providing a mobile number and/or opting in to text marketing is entirely optional and is not required to enter or to be eligible to win.
(b) Place an order on the Lifecykel website — 3 entries. Entrants who place a qualifying order on [us.lifecykel.com] during the Entry Period receive 3 entries, in addition to the free entry available under 3.2(a).
(c) Start a new subscription on the Lifecykel website — 5 entries. Entrants who start a new qualifying subscription on [us.lifecykel.com] during the Entry Period receive 5 entries, in addition to the free entry available under 3.2(a).
3.3 Free alternate method of entry (AMOE) for (b) and (c). No purchase or payment is necessary to obtain the 3 or 5 entries described in 3.2(b) and 3.2(c). Entrants who do not wish to place an order or start a subscription may obtain the equivalent number of entries, at no cost and with no obligation to purchase, by emailing [support@lifecykel.com] with their first name, email address, and the words "3 free entries" or "5 free entries" as applicable, or by mailing a postcard with the same information to 970 Frontage Rd Peshtigo WI 54157, during the Entry Period. Postcards must be postmarked by August 20, 2026 and received by August 25, 2026. Free alternate entries carry an identical chance of being selected as entries obtained under 3.2(b) or 3.2(c). Limit one AMOE request per person per entry tier.
3.4 Only entries received by the methods above, during the Entry Period, and in accordance with these Official Rules, will be counted. The Sponsor reserves the right to verify that any order or subscription relied upon for entries under 3.2(b) or 3.2(c) is genuine, and to disqualify entries obtained through cancelled, refunded, or fraudulent orders or subscriptions.
3.5 The winner will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period, on or around Monday, August 31, 2026 ran by RANDOM.ORG. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
4.1 There is one (1) prize package available, for the winner and one (1) guest of the winner's choosing ("Winner + Guest"), with a total approximate retail value (“ARV”) of $10,070.38 USD, comprising:

4.2 Fixed travel dates. The Winner and Guest must be able to travel on the following fixed dates, seated together. This is a condition of accepting the prize and cannot be varied:

Hotel check-in: Thursday, September 10, 2026

4.3 Fiji Airways' standard award conditions. The Conditions of the Award in Clause 4.7 read as Fiji Airways' standard template for a flexible, open-dated award ticket (travel to be completed by June 30, 2027, booked at least 10 working days ahead of "the requested date of departure"), whereas this prize requires the Winner and Guest to fly on the specific fixed dates above to align with the hotel and match tickets. Condition 8 also warns that "due to prior commercial demand, travel restrictions will apply from time to time."
4.4 The Winner and Guest are responsible for holding a valid passport and any visa required for travel to Australia, and for their own travel insurance. The Sponsor is not liable for the Winner's inability to travel due to missing or invalid travel documentation, and no substitute prize or compensation will be provided in that circumstance.
4.4 The prize is non-transferable (other than the nominated Guest), is not redeemable for cash, and cannot be exchanged, sold, or substituted, except at the Sponsor's discretion, including where the Sponsor may substitute any element of the prize for one of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond its reasonable control make the prize as described impractical to provide.
4.5 The Winner and Guest must comply with the terms and conditions of each third-party entity (Fiji Airways, Ovolo Hotels, and the MCG/ticketing provider), which are outside the Sponsor's control. The Sponsor is not responsible for the acts, omissions, delays, or cancellations of these third parties, including flight delays, hotel availability issues, or event rescheduling.
4.6 Fiji Airways Conditions of the Award. The flight prize is subject to the following conditions, supplied by Fiji Airways and incorporated into these Official Rules without alteration:
Reservations and ticketing must be made through the Customer office. This must be done at least ten (10) working days prior to the requested date of departure. Please have your passport details and travel dates readily available.
Visa application and associated costs are NOT the responsibility of Fiji Airways.
This ticket is NOT transferable, CANNOT be en-cashed, sold, nor can it be redeemed in any other form.
Name changes are not permitted. Once ticketed, normal fare rules and conditions of carriage apply.
Travel is valid on Fiji Airways operated services only.
Travel must be taken and be completed no later than 30 June, 2027.
Accommodation, transfers, and meals are NOT included in this offer.
Due to prior commercial demand, travel restrictions will apply from time to time.
Applicable Government taxes and surcharges are NOT included with this ticket. You will be advised on the procedure for paying taxes when you contact the above-mentioned staff to book the flights.
4.7 Notwithstanding Clause 4.6(6), the Winner + Guest must select flight dates that align with the fixed travel dates specified in Clause 4.1. If the Winner + Guest are available for the fixed travel dates but elect to book the prize Fiji Airways flights on dates that do not align with the fixed travel dates, they are solely responsible for arranging and paying for all alternative transportation to comply with the fixed travel dates. The Sponsor will not reschedule, alter, or provide cash compensation for any unused prize elements resulting from the Winner + Guest’s flight scheduling choices, and, if the Winner + Guest do not arrange for transportation in accordance with the fixed travel dates, the Sponsor may select an alternative winner, subject to Clause 5.2.
4.8 Any difference between stated value and actual value will not be awarded. Prizes are awarded "as is" with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied. Any applicable taxes and all other costs and expenses not specifically identified in these Official Rules are the sole responsibility of each winner. Sponsor is not responsible for any cancellations, delays, diversions or substitutions, or any act or omission whatsoever with respect to any prize. Prizes are nontransferable, and no substitutions or cash redemptions will be made, other than as provided herein. Sponsor reserves the right, at their sole discretion, to substitute an alternative prize, in whole or in part, of equal or greater value, if a prize cannot be awarded, in whole or in part, for any reason.
5.1 The winner will be notified by email and/or phone within 1 business days of the drawing, using the contact details provided at entry.
5.2 If the winner does not respond within [1] days of first attempted contact, unable or unwilling to travel during the fixed travel dates in Clause 4.2, or fails to satisfy eligibility verification, the Sponsor reserves the right to select an alternate winner from the remaining eligible entries, time permitting.
5.3 The winner may be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility, liability release, and (where lawful) a publicity release, within [1] days of notification, as a condition of receiving the prize.
Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the prize constitutes the winner's consent to the Sponsor's use of their name, city/state of residence, and photos or video from the trip for advertising and promotional purposes, without additional compensation, and is not a condition of entering the Sweepstakes itself. The winner will provide consent to such use in writing upon Sponsor’s request.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Sponsor, its affiliates, and the third-party entities (Fiji Airways, Ovolo Hotels, and the MCG/ticketing provider) are not responsible for: (a) any incorrect or inaccurate entry information; (b) technical failures of any kind; (c) any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused by participation in the Sweepstakes or use of the prize; or (d) any other error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, or unauthorized access to entries. The Sponsor's liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law, and nothing in these Official Rules excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. By participating, entrant agrees to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its respective divisions, affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, agents and representatives from any injury, loss or damage to person, including death, personal injury, or loss or damage to property due in-whole or in-part, directly or indirectly, to the acceptance or use/misuse of a prize, participation in any promotion-related activity or participation in the Sweepstakes. Under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental or consequential damages, or any other damages, including attorneys’ fees, other than entrant’s actual out-of-pocket expenses associated with entering this Sweepstakes, and entrant further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.
8.1 The Sponsor reserves the right to amend these Official Rules, or to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes, if fraud, technical failure, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the Sweepstakes, as determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion.
8.2 The Sponsor's decisions on all matters relating to this Sweepstakes are final and binding.
8.3 These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without regard to conflict of law principles, save that eligibility and prize-related requirements of an entrant's state of residence will apply where they cannot lawfully be excluded.
8.4 Failure of Sponsor to comply with any provision in these Official Rules due to the following will not be considered a breach of these Official Rules: any event including but not limited to fire, flood, epidemic, pandemic, earthquake, explosion, labor dispute or strike, act of God or public enemy, satellite or equipment/internet/connectivity failure, riot or civil disturbance, war (declared or undeclared), terrorist threat or activity, or any federal, state, or local government law, order, or regulation, order of any court or jurisdiction (each a "Force Majeure" event or occurrence). Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes or any element thereof without notice for any reason (including due to a Force Majeure event).
8.5 Except where prohibited by law, as a condition of participating in this Sweepstakes, entrant agrees to the following: (a) any and all disputes and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, or any prizes awarded, shall be resolved individually, without any form of class action or class arbitration and exclusively by final and binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association and held at the AAA regional office in Marinette County, Wisconsin. You hereby waive your right to a class action, class arbitration, and jury trial; (b) the Federal Arbitration Act shall govern the interpretation, enforcement and all proceedings at such arbitration. The arbitrator shall not combine any claims to become a class; and (c) judgment upon such arbitration award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction.
8.6 Proof of submission of an entry does not constitute proof of receipt of entry by Sponsor. If there is a dispute as to the identity of entrant or a dispute, or potential dispute, regarding the entry or any third-party rights, or if Sponsor has reasonable grounds for suspecting any breach or abuse of these Official Rules by any person involved in an entry, the affected entry will be deemed ineligible in Sponsor's sole discretion.
9.1 Personal information collected (name and email address, and mobile number if voluntarily provided) is used to administer the Sweepstakes, contact entrants, and fulfill the prize, as described in the Sponsor's Privacy Policy at https://us.lifecykel.com/pages/privacy-policy, which entrants should read before entering. Residents of California and other states with applicable privacy laws may have additional rights as described in that Privacy Policy.
9.2 Sharing with prize suppliers. In order to fulfill the prize, the winner's name, contact details, and any travel document information reasonably required will be shared with Fiji Airways, Ovolo Hotels, and the MCG/ticketing provider, solely for the purpose of booking and delivering the prize. These third parties will process that data as independent data controllers/businesses in accordance with their own privacy policies. By accepting the prize, you agree to Sponsor sharing your personal information in accordance with this Clause.
9.3 Text message marketing consent. Where an entrant has provided a mobile number and separately opted in via an unchecked checkbox, the Sponsor will send marketing text messages to that number under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) consent framework. This consent is entirely separate from, and is not a condition of, entering the Sweepstakes. Entrants may withdraw text marketing consent at any time by replying STOP, without affecting their entry into or eligibility to win the Sweepstakes.
