    Convenient and taste good

    I like the shilijit gummies. I was never much on “ gummies” just because I feel like you get a fuller amt in condensed form; however with shilijit I like the convenience of taking it and easy on the taste buds. The sister isn’t really that bad either given the amt is so small. It is not a jolt of energy but I do feel it makes a difference in alertness energy for the day. I take it in the morning

    Works great for full night sleep

    Our son is 27 yrs old and Autistic. We noticed after a week his sleep began to extend past 4 am. We ordered more because it is working and now Brandon will sleep until 6am and he is better rested. If you know anything about Autism, sleep can be a wonderful peace time for the rest of the family.
