I have taken it for two months together with cordyceps. I don't know if I notice any major changes, but I think that it helps with inflammation and preventing illness. I am taking it preventatively, so I can only rate it 4 stars. The taste is great, too.

Adaptagenic mushrooms
All the products I've ordered from Reishi to cordyceps and Lions Mane. Have been what I've searched for a long time. They work extremely well and I'm very happy with my continued subscription. Our proprietary extraction process ensures that our extracts contain less than 1% starch, effectively separating up to 99% of starch from the substrate used for cultivating the mycelium. This results in a highly potent and pure product, maximizing the therapeutic potential of both components. Sadly, many mushroom powders in the market contain 20-70% of starch in the form of blended up rice or oats.
