I think they work.
Love these nasal strip's, I use them for sleeping and as soon as I put the strip on I can feel my nasal passages opening. I am sleeping much better 😌 and the best thing is my partner says I hardly snore now. Win Win all round I think. Highly recommend

The item is very good.
I only gave it four stars as the strips aren't stiff enough that it doesn't like to straighten as much preventing the nasal cavities from opening to their full extent.
But otherwise, still satisfied with them.

I am loving these. I am a snorer and not that i have checked yet but i can feel them opening up my passages and have been sleeping well. Even when my little foster puppy wakes me up in the night i go straight back to sleep.
These are very good. I was surprised at how much they opened my airway and made breathing easier.
I sleep with one on and it’s improved my recovery significantly.

I’ve bought my husband strips in the past, but he didn’t like them. I stuck these on whilst he was asleep and my sleep was soooooo improved and when he woke up, he felt his was improved as well. A happy addition to our night.
