Directions: Add your double liquid extracts flavourings directly to your coffee, smoothie, tea or water.

Serving Size: 2 ml - 1/2 a dropper full is approximately 1ml, you can use this as a guide for the recommended serving size.

SHILAJIT PURE RESIN

Jar Size:  15 grams (60 serves / 0.25g per serving)

Directions: Use the provided spoon to scoop out 0.25g of resin. Hang the spoon on the edge of your cup, and let the resin dissolve into your warm water, coffee, or tea. 

When to use: For best effect, consume on a weekly cycle: 5 days on, 2 days off. Take in the morning, as a pre-workout, or whenever you need an energy boost. For best results, consume in the AM. 

Storage: Ensure the lid is closed after use. Keep the rims of the jar clean. Keep in a cool, dark place or refrigerate after opening. Store upright to avoid dripping.
