    Sleeping is so much better after taking Reishi Mushroom Extract

    I am 63 .. and have used a homeopath and natural healing since I was 21…use Carl yung and many others for guidance … . However I have suffered depression ,, that just creeps up ….and have a lot of hypo energy … I have tried micro dosing for one year .. and although helpful in ways … it was not for me ..
