Shilajit is a potent, mineral-rich substance naturally formed in rock crevices of remote mountain ranges around the world. After it's carefully collected, it goes through a purification process in our US facilities, resulting in a high-quality resin. 

Often referred to as "The Destroyer of Weakness," Shilajit is a nutrient-dense compound packed with fulvic and humic acids, vitamins, amino acids, and antioxidants. Use the provided spoon to scoop out 0.25g of resin. Hang the spoon on the edge of your cup, and let the resin dissolve into your warm water, coffee, or tea. For best effect, consume on a weekly cycle: 5 days on, 2 days off.
